Shipping & Returns
There's a big difference between a online store that offers gift wrapping and an online gift service. Gifts are different. Gifts are special. And gifts have to arrive on time. So here's our commitment:

Your gift will be beautifully and professionally gift-wrapped (unless you specify otherwise)

It will be dispatched on the day you order if you order before midday. If it's on the website it's in stock.

If we can't dispatch your gift within our strict timescales for any reason, or have any questions about your order, we'll phone and e-mail you immediately to let you know or discuss alternative options.
Gift Packaging

The impact made by our gift boxes is one of the most important aspects of our services. Each order comes professionally wrapped in a stunning Milk & Honey gift box, tied with a satin ribbon. The gift boxes are sleek, stylish and beautiful, in ivory or black with a slick magnetic closure and silky finish. Incredibly, they're actually made from recycled board! They can be recycled (again!) after use, but we think they're so lovely you'll want to keep them and reuse them.

If you are buying gifts for multiple people at the same time and need your items packaged separately, please do let us know.
What if I Don't Need Gift Wrapping?
A lot of people have been wanting to reorder products they've received as gifts. If you're treating yourself and don't want the products presented in a gift box, simply enter the code NO GIFT WRAPPING at checkout. Shipping is free on non gift-boxed items, which will be sent Royal Mail First Class. Please note, this service isn't traceable and doesn't apply to our Boxed Sets.
Where we Deliver
We deliver to the UK and we aim to deliver as quickly as humanly possible! We process all orders received by 1pm the same day.
For UK deliveries, we give you the option of:

Standard First Class Recorded Signed For (normally 2-5 working days) for between £3.95 and £5.95 depending on the size/weight of the item; or
-
Premium Next Working Day (delivery Mon-Fri) at £7.95. Please have your order with us by midday. But if you do miss that deadline, phone us and we'll see what we can do. For more information on Next Working Day Delivery, please see below.
What's the benefit of the Premium Next Day delivery service?
Peace
of mind. The Premium Next Day delivery service allows you to request
pre-delivery notification so you can make sure you're in to accept
delivery, and/or lets you know by text or email that your gift has been
delivered to the recipient. It's also fully traceable, which simply
isn't possible with Royal Mail First Class Recorded where items are
logged in and out of the system, but aren't tracked in transit.
If you order
after the midday cut-off for Next Day Delivery, we may use Royal Mail's
Special Delivery service. The costs are the same, however text/telephone
pre-delivery and delivery notifications aren't available with this
service.
We strongly recommend that you arrange delivery to residential or business addresses, and not hospitals.
Signatures Someone will need to accept the parcel as a signature will always be required (unless you've opted for our free delivery 'No Gift Wrap' option). If no one is able to sign for the package, a card will be left allowing the recipient to arrange redelivery at a convenient date or location. Where possible we try to accommodate requests for packages to be left with neighbours.
Next Working Day Delivery Information
For Special DeliveryTM Next Day, the delivery address must be in an area of the UK where Royal Mail guarantees next day delivery. Special DeliveryTM Next Day is available Monday to Friday, except bank holidays or public holidays. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays.

Cancellations & Returns
You can cancel your order by contacting us on 0845 299 8758 if your gift has not been dispatched yet. Please provide your order information including your order reference number, name and contact details.
If goods have already been dispatched, contact us on enquire@milkhoney.co.uk or by post to the Address for Returns, within 7 days of the goods being received. Goods must be returned
in unused and in a re-saleable condition within 21 days of cancellation. We will refund the cost of the goods onto the card with which payment for the gift was made. Postage charges for returned goods are at the customers’ expense. For hygiene reasons, lingerie cannot be returned unless the goods are faulty.
Incorrect or Faulty goods
We check and pack everything personally but if the goods are found to be damaged or faulty within the first 30 days, or we’ve made a mistake with your order, please return the items to us and we will arrange a replacement. We carry lots of limited edition items, so if the item is no longer in stock we will send something of equivalent or greater value, or provide a refund. We will, of course, refund postal charges for goods that are returned in these circumstances. Please keep proof of postage.
